2 Samuel 18:3

Konteks

18:3 But the soldiers replied, 8  “You should not do this! 9  For if we should have to make a rapid retreat, they won’t be too concerned about us. 10  Even if half of us should die, they won’t be too concerned about us. But you 11  are like ten thousand of us! So it is better if you remain in the city for support.”

2 Samuel 19:22

Konteks
19:22 But David said, “What do we have in common, 12  you sons of Zeruiah? You are like my enemy today! Should anyone be put to death in Israel today? Don’t you realize that today I am king over Israel?”

2 Samuel 21:2

Konteks

21:2 So the king summoned the Gibeonites and spoke with them. (Now the Gibeonites were not descendants of Israel; they were a remnant of the Amorites. The Israelites had made a promise to 13  them, but Saul tried to kill them because of his zeal for the people of Israel and Judah.)
